Delivering responsive administrative support that helps programs, projects and operational priorities stay on track.
Coordinating meetings, communications and documentation that support informed decision-making and positive outcomes.
Maintaining accurate records, systems and digital resources that improve efficiency and reliability across the team.
Building trusted relationships with staff, consumers and external stakeholders while providing professional and confidential support.

Experience providing high-quality administrative support in a busy and fast-paced environment.
Strong skills across Microsoft 365 and digital systems, with the ability to manage information accurately.
Excellent organisation, communication and time-management skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities.
A professional approach to confidentiality, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving.
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience supporting governance, quality, safety or healthcare teams and/or a strong track record improving administrative processes and systems.
