NDIS Disability Support Worker – Male, Arabic or Chaldean Speaking
Your Connects is currently seeking a reliable and compassionate NDIS Disability Support Worker.
Ongoing position with regular hours and the opportunity to transition into permanent full-time employment based on performance, participant needs and service requirements.
Due to the participant’s personal support needs and expressed preferences, applicants must be:
- Male
- Fluent or highly proficient in English
- Able to speak Arabic or Chaldean
- Experience with cognitive disabilities
Due to the participant’s communication, cultural and personal-support requirements, this position requires a male support worker who speaks Arabic or Chaldean and can communicate proficiently in English. These are genuine requirements of this participant-specific role.
These requirements are essential for this specific participant, and only applicants who meet all criteria will progress.
Applicants must also hold:
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Completed NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- Current Working with Children Check
- Infection Prevention and Control certificate
- Current driver licence
- Reliable insured vehicle
