In the role of a Senior Business Banking Manager, you will join the Business Banking team in Chatswood as we strengthen our focus on customer obsession and winning together.
You’ll make an impact each day by:
- Develop, lead and execute business development strategy, for both existing and new to bank customers.
- Working with the Complex Lending Solutions and Deal Structuring & Execution teams in the preparation of business lending proposals, including obtaining and analysing business and industry information, and ongoing portfolio management.
- Initiating solutions to stimulate customer growth in the local market and implement yearly business plans for your complex portfolio.
- Supporting the delivery of the local area’s performance as measured through customer advocacy, financial metrics and employee engagement.
You’ll bring to this role:
- Substantial experience in business banking and/ or relationship management within a financial institution.
- Strong capability in building both personal and enterprise brands in internal and external markets.
- Strong relationship management and business development capability, with the ability to build trust and deliver great customer outcomes across a diverse customer base.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A broad knowledge of banking products and services, including transactional and e-commerce solutions.
- Proven ability to collaborate widely across various business units to obtain the best outcome for our customers.
- The ability to provide technical advice and guidance to customers and other banking departments regarding debt products and deal structuring.
