Build and repair vehicle bodies Monday to Friday Location Dandenong South
Key Duties
- Manufacturing truck bodies using metal, fiberglass and other
- materials using welding equipment, guillotine and other hand tools
- Riveting and welding sections together to form truck bodies and
- parts necessary
- Installing parts in the internal of trucks such as switches and dash
- lights
- Attaching toolboxes and wheel lifts to the subframe of trucks
- Repair damages to metal using welding equipment
- Interpret engineered drawings to manufacture steel bodies
- Grinding of steel to clean up welds
- Installing rubber seals, locks and handles on toolboxes
Pay: $86,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
