All Rounder (Kitchen / Grill Team Member) – New Camy's Store (Balgowlah)
Camy's Chargrill Chicken is opening a new store in Balgowlah, and we're looking for energetic and reliable team members to join our growing team.
About the Role
This position is ideal for someone with previous experience working in a commercial kitchen, grill station, or fast-paced food service environment.
You will be responsible for:
- Starting in the area that best matches your experience, such as Grill or Back of House.
- Preparing and cooking menu items to Camy’s standards.
- Supporting the grill station during busy service periods.
- Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
- Working closely with the team across Grill, BOH, and FOH when required.
- Progressively learning different areas of the store to become a confident Camy’s All Rounder over time.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in a kitchen, grill station, charcoal chicken shop, burger shop, or similar food service environment.
- Ability to work efficiently during busy lunch and dinner services.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Food Handler Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
