Disability Support Worker
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will provide essential support and assistance to individuals with disabilities, helping them lead fulfilling and independent lives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to promote self-esteem and independence.
- Facilitate community engagement and social activities to enhance the clients' quality of life.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and report any changes in health or behavior.
**Qualifications:**
- Relevant qualifications in disability support, social work, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in disability support is an advantage but not mandatory.
