As a CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR within Multiplex, you will assist the Contracts Manager in the procurement of labour/sub-contractor services and financial activities with a focus on cash flow, profit maximisations, variations, reporting and administration.
The successful candidate will need:
- Experience as a Contracts Administrator, Quantity Surveyor or similar commercial role within construction
- Strong understanding of contract administration, procurement and tendering processes
- Sound financial and commercial acumen
- Ability to interpret drawings and construction documentation on large scale projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Building or a related discipline
