We are looking for a reliable and experienced Store Manager to manage the daily operations of our fuel station and convenience store.
Key duties include:
- Managing day-to-day store and fuel station operations
- Supervising and rostering staff
- Providing excellent customer service
- Managing stock ordering, deliveries, and store presentation
- Handling cash, banking, and daily reporting
- Monitoring fuel/shop sales and assisting with price checks
- Ensuring safety, cleanliness, and compliance procedures are followed
- Reporting maintenance or operational issues to management
Requirements:
- Previous retail, fuel station, or convenience store experience preferred
- Strong customer service and leadership skills
- Reliable, honest, and well-organised
- Ability to work independently
- Flexible availability, including weekends if required
