Chef / Cook – Breakfast & Brunch
At Cheol’s, we’re passionate about creating a unique cafe experience by blending Korean-inspired flavours with Australia’s specialty coffee culture. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Chef / Cook who thrives in a fast-paced cafe environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality food consistently.
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for preparing and serving our breakfast, brunch, and sandwich menu during busy service periods. We’re looking for someone who can work efficiently under pressure, maintain high food standards, and contribute positively to our kitchen culture.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a busy cafe, breakfast, or brunch kitchen.
- Confident preparing breakfast dishes, sandwiches, toasties, wraps, and light lunch items.
- Able to work quickly and stay organised during busy service.
- Strong understanding of food safety, prep, stock rotation, and kitchen organisation.
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Someone who takes pride in consistency, presentation, and attention to detail.
- Experience with Korean or Asian flavours is a bonus, but not essential.

Pay: $24.95 – $37.25 per hour
