We are currently seeking expressions of interest from owner-operators to join our subcontractor network on an ongoing basis.

THE OPPORTUNITY
AFM is looking to engage an HC-licensed owner-operator running a prime mover and flatbed single trailer to support our port operations out of the Port of Brisbane.
This is a subcontract engagement offering consistent, ongoing work for the right operator. You will be working directly within our port freight division, servicing established client accounts.
Work is available immediately.

SCOPE OF WORKS
- Wharf cartage and container/freight movements within port precincts
- Transport of flatbed freight to client sites across Brisbane and surrounds
- Completion of all relevant delivery documentation and run sheets
- Compliance with port access, chain of responsibility, and load restraint requirements
- Professional representation of AFM at all client and port locations

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
To be considered, operators must hold or provide the following:
- Current HC licence — clean driving record required
- Own prime mover — compliant, roadworthy, and well-presented
- Flatbed single trailer
- Demonstrated experience in port operations and terminal access procedures
- Sound knowledge of load restraint legislation and safe loading practices
- Current ACN
- Public liability insurance and relevant owner-operator insurances
- Available to commence immediately

Pay: $95.00 – $120.00 per hour
