Casual Position – Saturdays (5 Hours) + Additional Relief Shifts
Kialla Homes builds bespoke, custom new homes in Melbourne’s East. We are seeking a Sales Host to work at our stunning new display centre, located in Pakenham East (Nar Nar Goon) every Saturday. Occasional Sundays and possibe additional cover during the week including at our Drouin display home may be required. Initially, working hours will be 11:30am – 4:30pm every Saturday.
We're looking for a friendly, professional and reliable person to become the face of our display, warmly welcome visitors, get an understanding of their needs and ensure enquiries are accurately recorded and passed on to our Sales Consultant for follow up. As a vital first point of contact to the public, your reliability/dependability, manners, customer service, and warmth demonstrated to potential buyers cannot be understated. Tasks of managing the display homes include:
· Arrive on time to the display and to ensure it is clean, tidy, brochures etc. are well stocked and ready to open to the public – on time, every time. Presentation of the centre must be flawless.
· Meet and greet prospective clients and answer any general enquiries
· Aiding the Building and Design Consultants (includes tasks the consultants may leave for you – i.e.: obtaining pricelists from land developers, ordering stationary, etc)
· Record client details and their queries - submit to the consultants asap with as many specific details as possible.
· Booking client appointments and providing general sales support/administration
We're looking for someone who:
- Has excellent communication and people skills,
- Is confident speaking with a wide range of people
- Is organised and detail-oriented
- Is comfortable using basic computer systems and tablets
- New Home Hosting experience or customer service experience in similar industries is a must.
