About the role:
Play a key role in supporting workforce operations by coordinating, creating, and maintaining staff rosters that ensure appropriate coverage and the effective deployment of resources across the service.
Work closely with managers and employees to manage scheduling, attendance, and leave requirements, helping to ensure accurate workforce planning and seamless payroll outcomes.
Build strong working relationships with stakeholders while providing advice and support on rostering processes, workforce management systems, and evolving business practices in a dynamic environment.
Contribute to high-quality service delivery through proactive problem-solving, data validation, record management, and the application of industrial awards, policies, and procedures to support operational excellence.
About you:
You bring experience in rostering, workforce management support, payroll processing or a similar administrative function within a large and complex service delivery environment, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
You are a highly organised and resilient professional who thrives in fast-paced settings, using strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve workforce management and scheduling challenges.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build productive relationships, collaborate with stakeholders, and confidently provide support and advice to managers and colleagues.
You are comfortable working with workforce management systems and industrial frameworks, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes. While not mandatory, experience using Workbrain and/or myHR is highly desirable.
What we offer:
Total monthly remuneration value of up to $8,382 p.m. is comprised of:
An hourly rate between $39.98 - $44.46 p.h.
12.75% employer superannuation contribution
