About the Role:
At North Canberra Hospital, we're seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Development Nurse to lead and inspire learning within our Specialist Palliative Care Service. In this pivotal role, you will drive excellence in patient-centred care by delivering innovative education, mentoring staff, and fostering professional growth across the multidisciplinary team.
Working within the Hospital's Vision and Values, you will play a key role in building workforce capability, supporting best-practice palliative care, and empowering clinicians to provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients and their families.
