As a Partner Growth Marketing Manager for APAC, you will support some of Expedia Group B2B’s most strategic white-label and API partners in the region, with a strong focus on key strategic players within the travel sector.
Sitting within our fastest-growing B2B division and most dynamic region, you will act as a strategic growth advisor, using data and digital marketing expertise to drive partner-attributed bookings, engagement, and revenue. This is a high ‑ visibility opportunity to shape joint marketing roadmaps, champion new merchandising and marketing solutions, and deliver impactful , customer-facing, marketing campaigns that reach millions of travelers .
In this role, you will
Serve as the trusted marketing advisor for your assigned portfolio of white-label travel platform partners, building strong, long-term relationships with their marketing teams and key stakeholders.
Develop and execute data-driven marketing plans that grow end-customer bookings, engagement, and revenue across APAC, leveraging Expedia’s travel supply and technology platform.
Coordinate and deliver large-scale, multi-channel campaigns, managing competing priorities and tight timelines while ensuring high-quality execution.
Use web analytics, internal tools (such as campaign and customer journey analytics), and partner data to benchmark performance, identify growth opportunities, and create compelling marketing proposals that influence partner investment decisions.
Collaborate closely with commercial, technical, analytics, and product teams to support smooth partner onboarding, successful launches, and ongoing adoption of platform and merchandising capabilities.
Share test results, insights, and industry trends to keep partners and internal stakeholders informed, continuously improving our services and marketing performance across the region.
Experience and Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience in travel, large-scale e-commerce, or a digital/agency environment, including campaign planning, execution, and optimization across multiple channels and markets.
Proven experience managing and influencing large or complex external clients or partners in a B2B or B2B2C context, with the ability to act as a strategic marketing advisor and confidently pitch or consult on new initiatives.
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset; you are comfortable working with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics (or similar BI/reporting tools) to evaluate return on marketing investment and inform strategy.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting complex ideas to senior, culturally diverse, and technical/non-technical audiences across regions.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns and projects, balancing competing priorities in a matrixed, global environment while maintaining a high degree of autonomy in-region.
Experience in the airline or loyalty sector, Australian or broader APAC market knowledge, and familiarity with API, white-label, or MarTech solutions are all highly regarded .
