As a Duty Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring service standards are maintained, teams are supported, and guests leave wanting to return.

Leading and motivating front-of-house teams across the venue

Managing shifts and ensuring smooth daily operations

Delivering exceptional customer service and resolving guest concerns

Supporting team development, coaching, and performance

Maintaining compliance with RSA, RSG, gaming, and venue procedures

Managing cash handling, reporting, and venue security processes
-
Working closely with the Venue Manager to drive operational excellence

Previous experience in a Duty Manager, Supervisor, or Team Leader role within hospitality

Strong leadership and communication skills

A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences

Ability to remain calm and effective in a busy environment

Availability to work a rotating roster including nights, weekends, and public holidays

Current RSA and RSG certifications (QLD)

Gaming experience highly regarded
