About the Role
As a Process Worker, you'll play an important role in producing our delicious products while maintaining high standards of quality, food safety, and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning work areas and production equipment
- Boxing, packing, and labelling products
- Decorating products, including drizzling, dipping, tipping, and sprinkling
- Creaming and product preparation
- Following food safety, quality, and workplace health & safety procedures
- Cleaning and sanitising equipment throughout the shift
- Working collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets
What We're Looking For
- Physically fit and able to perform repetitive manual tasks throughout the shift
- Comfortable standing for extended periods
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
- Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
- Previous food manufacturing or warehouse experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided
Availability
- 6:00am – 2:00pm shifts
- Full weekday availability required
- Flexibility to work weekends when required
- Availability across a 7-day roster is highly regarded
