Nu Trend Quality Homes Sunshine Coast is seeking a Residential Estimator to join our team! The ideal candidate will be positive, flexible and highly motivated with a passion for accuracy and detail. Excellent communication skills are a must as daily tasks involve liaising with suppliers, subcontractors and fellow employees.
Location: Sunshine Coast Head Office
The Role:
- Work alongside a well-established team of Senior Estimators
- Sales and construction estimating
- Preparing detailed specification documents
- Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors
- Cost control management
- Excellent computer skills
Key Requirements:
- Experience using constructor software
- An extremely high understanding of the new home build process from start to finish
- Drive to meet deadlines and targets
- Ability to support Senior Estimators efficiently
- Strong communication skills
- Local Experience is required to be considered for this role
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately
- Willing to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Strong problem solving skills
