Job description:
Tuncurry Beach Bowling Club is looking for friendly and enthusiastic Bar, Floor & Gaming Attendants to join our team.
No two days are quite the same! You’ll provide great service to a diverse mix of valued members and patrons, local bowlers, regulars, families, holidaymakers and visitors to our beautiful coastal community.
Whether you’re serving a drink, assisting a patron, welcoming a family or simply having a friendly chat with one of our regulars, you’ll play an important part in creating the friendly and welcoming experience we want everyone to have when they visit our Club.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and professional service to members and guests.
- Serve beverages and operate POS systems accurately and responsibly.
- Maintain clean, tidy and welcoming bar, floor and gaming areas.
- Assist patrons with gaming machines and Keno when required.
- Monitor patron wellbeing and follow responsible gambling and harm-minimisation procedures.
- Follow RSA, RCG, cash-handling and Club procedures.
- Adhere to Work Health & Safety (WHS) requirements and contribute to a safe environment for staff, members and guests.
- Identify and report hazards, incidents or safety concerns promptly.
- Work together with the wider team to provide a great experience for everyone who visits our Club
About You:
- A positive, approachable and welcoming personality.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a busy hospitality environment.
- Previous bar, club or gaming experience is desirable.
- Current NSW RSA and RCG competency required.
- Flexible availability across evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Pay: $34.85 – $48.78 per hour
