Pacific Home Care Solutions is seeking a Disability Support Worker who speaks fluent Greek and English to provide compassionate, person-centred support to a male participant living in the Clayton area.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is reliable, caring and passionate about supporting people to live independently and participate in their community.
About the Position
- Regular shifts available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
- Provide both in-home and community-based support
- Support a participant who is living with diabetes
- Assist with daily activities while promoting independence and choice
- Build a respectful and positive working relationship with the participant
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Be a female Disability Support Worker
- Speak fluent Greek and English
- Hold a current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Have current First Aid and CPR certification
- Hold a current driver's licence and have access to a reliable vehicle (preferred)
- Be dependable, compassionate and respectful
- Have a genuine passion for supporting people with disability
- Demonstrate a person-centred and professional approach
