We have an exciting opportunity for a temporary part-time Analyst (approximately 3 days per week) to join our highly regarded Capital Markets team in Brisbane.
This role offers exceptional exposure to institutional-grade retail assets, major property investors, and complex transactions, making it an ideal opportunity for a university student or early-career professional looking to develop a career in commercial real estate.
The Opportunity
Supporting our Retail Capital Markets team across a range of exciting campaigns and transactions.
Helping prepare client presentations, marketing materials and sales documentation.
Assisting with financial analysis, market research and property modelling.
Managing campaign reporting, due diligence materials and data rooms.
Working closely with brokers, clients and internal teams to keep transactions moving.
Keeping market updates, research and team publications current and accurate.
About you
Currently studying, or recently completed, a degree in Property, Commerce, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
Previous property, finance, or analytical experience is advantageous but not essential.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
A solutions-focused mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
A genuine interest in commercial property and capital markets.
