We are seeking applications for a full-time/ Part-time Production staff to join our dynamic team. Someone interested in working in a family-run business, in a large and busy retail environment.

Experience in the field would be an advantage, but not necessary as we will provide training for the successful applicant on the job.
This position involves computer usage as well as operating and maintaining embroidery & heat press machines.
This position would suit a person who enjoys working with garments, fast-paced production of quality work, and logos for our clients. It is an active position, you will be in control of multiple embroidery machines.
Job Duties are:
- Manage supply inventory for all production supplies
- Maintains understanding of the operating procedure in the department
- Efficient and safe operation of multi-head industrial embroidery machinery and heat press
- Performs quality production at reasonable speeds, taking full advantage of the equipment available
- Ensures that targets are met for quality, productivity, and lead time with minimal misprints
- Operates, maintains, and performs routine service on any equipment used in the completion of these tasks
- Maintains a clean, well-organised work area, and adheres to safe work practices
- Answer phones and gather information needed for completing quotes and production jobs.
- All candidates must also meet the following general requirements: Reliability, accountability, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are key.
- Flexibility with daily work adjustments as the production schedule changes is extremely important
Comfortable with a fast-paced production environment and repetitive workability to work under a deadline.
