The Opportunity
As Manager Finance Business Partnering, you will lead QLeave's Finance Business Partnering function and play a critical role in strengthening financial decision-making across the organisation.
Leading a team of finance business partnering professionals, you will work closely with executives, directors and managers to provide meaningful financial insights, support workforce and resource planning, evaluate business initiatives, and influence strategic and operational decisions.
A key focus of this role is establishing and embedding a contemporary business partnering model that shifts finance beyond traditional reporting and compliance activities to become a trusted, value-adding partner to the business.
Success in this role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen, exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence outcomes in a complex and evolving environment.
This position reports to the Director, Finance and Investment Services and is based at QLeave's Northgate office.
What you'll do
Partner with executives and leaders to support strategic planning, decision-making and organisational performance.
Lead organisation-wide budgeting, forecasting and workforce planning activities.
Provide expert financial insights and commercial advice on business initiatives, projects and investment decisions.
Establish and embed a contemporary Finance Business Partnering framework and service model.
Drive financial capability across the organisation through coaching, support and trusted advice.
Influence resource allocation decisions and support long-term financial sustainability.
Lead and develop a high-performing Finance Business Partnering team.

You're a strategic and influential finance leader who thrives on partnering with others to achieve results and deliver organisational value.
You will be successful in this role if you can demonstrate:
Experience leading and developing high-performing finance teams.
Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and governance.
Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence senior stakeholders.
Strong analytical, commercial and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience driving organisational performance, change and continuous improvement.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex financial information into meaningful business insights.
Highly Regarded
CPA or CA qualification, or eligibility for membership.
