We are a vibrant and fast-paced mixed business with two exciting locations in Westmead and Parramatta. Our stores are a unique combination of Tobacconist, Convenience Store, Dessert Parlour, Café, and Arcade – a fun, community-focused space where no two days are ever the same.
We’re currently looking for a team member to join us and help out across all sections of our business. If you're flexible, reliable, and ready to jump into a dynamic team, this could be the perfect fit for you.
Your Role:
As a Retail All-Rounder, you'll be responsible for:
- Serving customers across all sections: tobacco, lotto, café, desserts, convenience, and arcade
- Making quality barista-style coffee and preparing desserts/beverages (training available)
- Selling tobacco and lottery products responsibly and within legal guidelines
- Stock management, general cleaning, and ensuring the store is always looking its best
- Creating a welcoming and energetic environment for all our customers
Who We’re Looking For:
- A good candidate (due to shift/roster requirements)
- Must be flexible and available for mixed shifts, including day and night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Previous experience in barista work, tobacco sales, or lottery services is a big plus – but we’re happy to train the right person
- Friendly attitude and strong customer service skills
- Punctual, responsible, and able to work independently and in a team
- Willing to learn and grow within the business
