You want to play a part in making NSW a better place to work, live and travel.
You're a forward thinker who sees potential where others don't. You'll have the chance to shape and transform urban spaces, contribute to sustainable development and create vibrant, liveable communities for future generations to enjoy.
In this role, you'll:
Working as part of a specialist team delivering property claims and acquisition dispute outcomes, this role will see you managing complex property claim matters end to end, from investigation and case development through to negotiation, mediation and settlement.
You’ll play a key role in supporting solicitors, minimising litigation exposure, and ensuring just terms compensation outcomes, while building strong relationships across internal teams, legal representatives, and external stakeholders.
You will lead commercially sound settlement strategies and build robust, evidence based cases in a complex, highly visible environment balancing competing priorities, diverse stakeholder expectations, and strict timeframes.
