We are looking for a front of house staff member for our martial arts studio The Grappling Lab, a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu school based in Prestons NSW.
This role working will be on our front reception desk greeting customers and assisting with membership enquiries, sign ups, fitting out trial students with uniforms and merchandise sales.
The hours of work will primarily be weekday evenings Tuesday, Thursdays afternoons and Saturday mornings.
Daily Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greeting and assisting members
- Assisting members with account enquiries
- Membership sales
- Work as a part of a team to grow our membership base
- Cleaning and tidying reception area
- Selling and restocking merchandise
- General administration duties.
