Roles and responsibilities :
We are seeking an experienced SAP Retail Source-to-Pay Consultant to join our dynamic team. Job involves managing the entire procurement lifecycle in SAP, from identifying needs to final payment, focusing on direct/indirect procurement, vendor management, Master Data (Vendor/Material), Purchase Orders/Requisitions, Goods Receipts, Invoice Verification, and integration with FICO, often within S/4HANA or ECC Retail, requiring configuration, testing, support, and enhancements (BAdIs, User Exits). Key tasks include requirement gathering, solution design, testing (UAT), documentation, and ensuring system integration for retail-specific processes like Category Management and Replenishment. .
Key Responsibilities
- Functional Expertise: Configure, implement, and support SAP MM/S2P modules (PR, PO, GR, IR, Vendor Master, etc.).
- Business Analysis: Gather and translate business needs into SAP S2P solutions, leading workshops.
- Project Lifecycle: Participate in full-cycle implementations, upgrades, and support (Blueprint, Design, Build, Test, Go-Live)
- Retail Focus: Handle specific retail scenarios like Merchandising, Vendor Consignment, Central Purchasing, and Replenishment Planning.
- Documentation: Create test scripts, process docs, and functional specifications.
Required Skills & Experience
- - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- - 10+ years of experience in SAP with at least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.
- - Strong understanding of procurement, inventory management, order-to-cash, and logistics processes.
- - Expertise in SAP configuration, integration, and troubleshooting.
- - Experience with SAP Fiori apps and S/4HANA innovations.
