Women's Wellness Project is a growing women's health physiotherapy clinic dedicated to supporting women through every stage of life. We provide evidence-based care for pregnancy, postnatal recovery, pelvic floor dysfunction, continence, prolapse management, return to exercise, and musculoskeletal conditions.

About the Role
We are seeking a Physiotherapist to join our growing clinic. This role will initially be part-time (12–20 hours per week), with the opportunity for hours to increase as the clinic continues to grow.
More importantly, we are looking for the right person rather than the perfect resume. We value attitude, communication skills, empathy, and a willingness to learn. If you are passionate about helping people and eager to develop your clinical skills, we would love to hear from you.

You will work closely with an experienced Women's Health Physiotherapist and have opportunities to learn about:
- Pregnancy and postnatal care
- Pelvic floor rehabilitation
- Continence management
- Prolapse management
- Birth preparation
- Return-to-exercise rehabilitation
- Exercise prescription and clinical Pilates principles
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct physiotherapy assessments and treatments.
- Develop individualised treatment plans.
- Deliver exercise-based rehabilitation programs.
- Educate clients on self-management strategies.
- Maintain accurate clinical records.
- Communicate effectively with clients and healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive clinic culture.
About You
You are:
- AHPRA registered (or eligible for registration) Physiotherapist.
- Friendly, approachable, and compassionate.
- A strong communicator who enjoys building relationships with clients.
- Motivated to learn and develop professionally.
- Reliable, organised, and able to work independently.
