B2B Lead Generation & Appointment Setter – Microsoft 365 & IT Services
Modernlane Works is looking for a reliable and results-focused B2B Lead Generation & Appointment Setter to help generate qualified business meetings for our Microsoft 365 and IT services.
We work with businesses that need help with Microsoft 365 administration, security/access reviews, user onboarding and offboarding, tenant cleanup, documentation, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and general modern workplace improvements. This role is ideal for someone who understands B2B outreach, can confidently communicate with business owners or managers, and knows how to turn cold prospects into booked meetings.
What you’ll be doing:
- Researching and building targeted B2B lead lists
- Finding suitable businesses and decision-makers
- Sending professional outreach emails and LinkedIn messages
- Following up with prospects consistently
- Making outbound calls where required
- Qualifying prospects before booking meetings
- Booking appointments directly into our calendar
- Keeping accurate records of leads, replies, follow-ups, and booked meetings
- Helping improve outreach scripts and messaging over time
- Reporting weekly on leads contacted, responses, and meetings booked
Ideal candidate:
- Experience in B2B lead generation, appointment setting, SDR, sales outreach, or telemarketing
- Confident speaking with business owners, managers, and decision-makers
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Comfortable using email, LinkedIn, spreadsheets, CRM tools, and calendar booking links
- Able to work independently and follow a clear outreach process
- Reliable, organised, and consistent with follow-ups
- Experience selling IT services, MSP services, SaaS, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, or professional services is highly preferred
What we are looking for: We need someone who can do more than just make random calls. The right person should be able to research quality prospects, contact them professionally, explain the value clearly, and book genuine meetings with businesses that may need Microsoft 365 or IT support services.
Pay: Hourly rate plus potential bonus for qualified appointments booked.
