As our Float Educator, you'll support our beautiful 111-place centre while making a genuine impact across all age groups.
Operating from 7:00am – 6:00pm, our service features natural play spaces, light-filled learning environments and quality resources designed to inspire both children and educators.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Support children across the service through meaningful play and learning
- Create engaging experiences that spark curiosity and confidence
- Build strong relationships with children, families and your fellow educators
- Step into different rooms to support the team where needed
- Bring positivity, flexibility and a passion for early learning every day
What You'll Bring:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Current Working with Children Check
- Full Australian working rights
- A warm, professional approach and genuine passion for early education
- Two professional references, including one from a manager or supervisor within early childhood
