Red Cacao Stirling is seeking experienced and service-focused hospitality professionals to join our front-of-house team.

About the Role
As a valued member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for every guest who visits Red Cacao.
Working within a busy and dynamic environment, you will:
- Deliver warm, attentive and professional customer service
- Confidently manage table service and guest interactions
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations across our menu, beverages and chocolate range
- Ensure exceptional presentation and cleanliness standards throughout the venue
- Process orders accurately and efficiently
- Support team members during busy service periods
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Contribute to a positive, energetic and professional workplace culture
About You
To succeed in this role, you will possess:
- Previous experience in a busy café, restaurant or hospitality venue
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
- A professional presentation and positive attitude
- The ability to remain calm and efficient during high-volume service periods
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and peak trading periods
