Security Plus is an established manufacturing business specialising in roller blinds, outdoor blinds and related products.
We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Production Assembler to join our factory team. This role would suit someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in accuracy and can follow clear production processes and quality standards.
About the role
You will help manufacture roller blinds and outdoor blinds in line with production schedules, customer orders and quality standards.
Your work will include cutting fabric and metal components, welding outdoor blind fabric where required, assembling products, completing quality checks, assisting with stock control and keeping production records up to date.
This is a hands-on factory role where accuracy, care and reliability are important.
What you'll be doing
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manufacturing roller blinds and outdoor blinds in line with production schedules and order specifications
- Cutting fabric, metal components and related materials accurately
- Welding outdoor blind fabric where required
- Assembling products and ensuring the correct hardware and accessories are included
- Completing quality checks throughout the production process
- Identifying and reporting defects, damaged stock or unsuitable materials
- Completing production dockets and process records accurately
- Assisting with incoming goods and stock control
- Monitoring stock levels and advising when materials are running low
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area
- Following factory processes, work instructions and safety requirements
- Assisting with other production duties as required
