Effective Airconditioning Services P/L was established in 2004 to meet HVAC installation needs of the construction industry and also the ongoing maintenance requirements of the commercial, industrial and residential sector's. Due to continued growth within the commercial sector, we are looking to employ a Mechanical Engineer with HVAC experience to assist in estimating, cost analysis, drawing review and administrative duties.
Your Role:
# Working closely with the Management Team in running installation projects from start to finish.
# Liaising with stakeholders for a successful project delivery.
# Providing Quality Assurance of work undertaken by staff.
# Resolving and escalating project issues and ensuring strong lines of communication to all stakeholders is maintained.
# Measuring project success against budget scope and business objectives.
Key Requirements:
# Minimum 3 years experience in HVAC systems.
# Read and understand plans, drawings and design specifications.
# Strong verbal and written skills.
# Excellent time management and attention to detail.
This position is based in our Ormeau office with travel to sites in Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast expected. On offer is a long term permanent role to the successful candidate.
Pay: $85,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
