Customer Service & E-Commerce Operations All-Rounder
Interior Design & Online Retail | Part-Time or Full-Time

- Flexible: 3–6 days per week (Part-time, full-time, casual)
- Remuneration: $27 - $35 per hour
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Customer Service & E-commerce Operations All-Rounder to support two fast-growing online interior décor brands.
This is a hands-on role combining customer service, online sales support, e-commerce operations, and basic marketing/admin. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety and wants to build a long-term career in e-commerce, interior design, and online retail.
Whether you’re experienced in customer service, e-commerce operations, or a recent graduate in interior design, architecture, or construction, this role offers stability, training, and career growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service & Sales Support
- Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone, and online chat
- Provide product, technical, and installation advice
- Deliver professional, timely service and follow-ups
- Support customers from enquiry through to order completion
E-commerce & Operations
- Process and track orders via Shopify and logistics platforms
- Manage deliveries, tracking, returns, exchanges, and refunds
- Coordinate product samples and customer dispatches
Quoting & Sales Assistance
- Prepare accurate quotes using floor plans, drawings, and measurements
- Assist customers through the buying process
- Liaise with sales and operations teams
Website & Data Management
- Update product listings, pricing, images, and website content
- Spreadsheet work, reporting, and data entry
- Maintain accurate order and product records
About You

Essential Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Confident using Excel / Google Sheets
- Australian work rights
Beneficial (Not Essential)
- Experience in customer service, e-commerce, retail, or online sales
- Background in interior design, architecture, building, flooring, joinery, or timber
- Experience with Shopify or online retail platforms
- Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator)
- Experience in warehousing or logistics
