As a Clinical Nurse - Virtual Ward, you'll play a vital role in shaping how acute care is delivered for older people across hospital and community environments. From guiding clinical decisions to strengthening team collaboration, you'll help ensure patients receive safe, responsive and person-centred care.

Leading coordinated, evidence-based care that improves outcomes for older patients across settings
Supporting and guiding multidisciplinary teams with confident clinical decision-making
Strengthening care quality through risk management, improvement initiatives and best practice

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
Advanced clinical experience in acute or geriatric care settings
Strong leadership, communication and care coordination skills
Ability to apply evidence-based practice and manage clinical risk
You'll stand out if you have postgraduate qualifications or experience in multidisciplinary or community-based care models.
Most importantly, you're passionate about improving care for older people and committed to making a meaningful difference every day.
