YOUR NEW ROLE
You’ll be joining the organisation in their fast‑paced Blacktown‑based contact centre. In this key frontline role, you will:

Act as the first point of contact for members across inbound, outbound, live‑chat, email, and social media

Troubleshoot, educate, and resolve member enquiries professionally and confidently

Work toward contact centre KPIs to support both individual and organisational success

Adhere to all risk and regulatory policies to ensure the protection of customers and the bank
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED-
Previous contact centre or customer service experience

Ideally Banking or Insurance experience

Exceptional spoken communication skills

Outstanding communication with a ‘member first’ approach

Studying finance, business, economics, or an associated degree is preferred
