About the role
As a Research Officer within Metro North Mental Health (MNMH), you will play a key role in supporting research, evaluation and service improvement initiatives that contribute to better mental health outcomes and enhanced service delivery across Metro North Health.Working closely with the Director, Research Strategy and Evaluation and a broad range of clinical, research and operational stakeholders, you will contribute to the planning, coordination and delivery of research projects throughout their lifecycle.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
Collaborates within MNMH and other relevant internal and external stakeholders to support research and quality improvement activities.
Contributes to project design and management for identified projects including project planning, tracking, implementing, analysis and reporting.
Designs, plans, schedules and prepares for implementation of project phases to progress according to timelines and in accordance with study protocols, scope and quality
Develops suitable research/project protocols and ensures that appropriate documentation is prepared
Provides guidance and/or advice on regulations, policies and procedures for research activities undertaken
