We currently seek an experienced Customer Service Sales Officer to join our counter sales team in Wetherill Park.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide quality customer service and support via email, phone and counter sales
- Assist customers with technical product selection
- Prepare and process sales documents and quotations
- Provide valuable support to the external sales team
Selection Criteria:
- Excellent telephone manner & customer service skills
- Prior experience in an internal sales role preferred
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work in a timely manner
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, with ability to accept responsibility
- Strong computer literacy and data entry skills - Microsoft Office and ERP software desirable
