Cleaning Brisbane is seeking an experienced and reliable Commercial Cleaning Supervisor to lead evening cleans at a local aquatic centre on the Gold Coast. This is a hands-on supervisory role — you'll be working alongside your team carrying out a range of specialist cleaning tasks while ensuring high standards are met across the entire facility.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and work alongside a small cleaning team during evening shifts
- Pressure wash pool decks, surrounds, and outdoor hard surfaces to a high standard
- Clean internal and external windows, glass partitions, and pool-area dividers
- Thoroughly clean change rooms, toilets, and all public areas of the facility
- Maintain cleaning standards in line with health, hygiene, and wet area safety regulations
- Manage stock levels of cleaning chemicals and equipment; report maintenance issues or hazards
- Complete end-of-shift sign-off checklists and report to management
What we're looking for
- Must reside on the Gold Coast (essential)
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning — supervisory experience preferred
- Hands-on experience with pressure washing equipment and window/glass cleaning techniques
- Comfortable working in wet environments and around pool areas
- Strong attention to detail and a pride in quality work
- Reliable, punctual, and able to lead by example
- Available to work evenings, 7:00pm–11:00pm
- Valid driver's licence and own transport (desirable)
