We are currently seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to support participants in Western Sydney and surrounding areas.
This role is ideal for compassionate, confident support workers who are committed to making a real difference and who have experience working with challenging behaviours.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing personal care with dignity and respect
- Supporting community participation and social engagement
- Assisting with domestic tasks (cleaning, meal prep, errands)
- Working confidently and safely with challenging clients
- Following individual support plans and promoting independence.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Disability Support Worker
- Strong skills in personal care, community access, and domestic assistance
- Experience supporting clients with complex needs or challenging behaviours
- Reliable, patient, and emotionally resilient
- Excellent communication and professional boundaries
