ROLE: Club Assistant — Immediate Start
A hybrid position combining front‑desk administration, membership sales, and gym instructing.
- Welcoming members and creating a warm, supportive club environment
- Managing enquiries, bookings, and general admin tasks
- Conducting tours and assisting with membership sales and onboarding
- Supporting retention initiatives and building strong member relationships
- Assisting on the floor with basic coaching and guidance (within Cert III scope)
- Maintaining club cleanliness and general housekeeping
- Ensuring a consistent and engaging presence across our social media channels.
ABOUT YOU ⤵
A minimum 6 months of experience in a reception and/or sales role (preferably in the fitness industry) with a customer-focused mindset.
- Available to work afternoons.
- Cert III in Fitness (not required, but will be able to run classes)
- Confident communicator with a friendly, approachable energy
- Comfortable with sales conversations and guiding women through their fitness journey
- Reliable, proactive, and able to balance admin with hands‑on floor support
- Passionate about empowering women and contributing to a positive community
- CPR, First Aid, and Working with Children Check (required)
