As the People & Culture Business Partner, you will manage the operational delivery of end-to-end People & Culture (P&C) services and case management across a Support Services Portfolio. You will identify solutions related to strategic recruitment, broader organisational development and talent management strategies and act as the trusted adviser to clients, employees, managers, and people leaders.
Responsibilities include:
- Adopts a business partnering approach, provides strategic, advisory and operational support to managers and employees across the employment life cycle. Supports leadership building capabilities and shares best practices across the organisation.
- Provides coaching and advice to people leaders and ensures the implementation and maintenance of workplace management practices as per the relevant legislation and Bolton Clarke policies.
- Contributes to the development and implementation of innovative and effective solutions that address critical People & Culture issues.
- Develops and maintains highly effective stakeholder relationships with portfolio people leaders, establishing a reputation for being a trusted advisor.
To be successful in this role, our preferred candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Human Resource, Business Administration is preferred. Any other related discipline or commensurate work experience considered.
- Moderate experience in generalist Human Resource (HR) roles is preferred.
- Membership with the Australian Human Resources Institute is preferred.
- Proficient in Human Resources Case Management, Workforce Development, Incident Resolution and Human Resource Programs & Policies skills.
- Excellent Communication, Planning and Prioritisation and Analytical Thinking skills.
