Remuneration: $147,653 – $175,917 plus Superannuation
Location: 1 Reserve Road, St Leonards NSW, with rotational travel required through the LHD / SHNs providing on ground support activities. Flexible working arrangements, including hybrid working, may be available subject to operational requirements.

About this role
The Whole of Health Program (WOHP) leads statewide performance improvement across NSW Health, supporting Local Health Districts (LHDs) and Specialty Health Networks (SHNs) to improve patient flow, access to care and system performance.
As Performance Support Manager, you will lead coordinated, analytics driven performance support and program delivery to improve operational performance, patient experience and access to care.

What you'll be doing
- Lead development and delivery of performance support initiatives across NSW Health
- Apply structured approaches to diagnose issues and implement improvement strategies
- Provide high quality advice, briefs and correspondence to support system reform
- Work collaboratively with LHDs, SHNs and system partners to drive coordinated outcomes
- Deliver targeted onsite support and contribute to program governance and planning
