Stakeholder & Business Development Manager (Expressions of Interest)Help Build Something That Makes a Difference.
At EddenRose Community Services, we believe exceptional participant outcomes begin long before support is delivered.
They begin with trusted relationships.
Every meaningful conversation with a hospital discharge planner, every connection with a Support Coordinator, every partnership with an Occupational Therapist and every collaboration with an allied health professional creates opportunities for people with disability to access safe, high-quality supports that improve their lives.
That is why we are looking for someone who doesn't simply build business.
We are looking for someone who builds trust.
As part of our Vision 2030 strategy, EddenRose is creating a network of professionals who share our commitment to participant choice, ethical practice and service excellence.
If you are passionate about building partnerships that genuinely improve lives while helping shape the future of disability services, we would love to hear from you.

Why This Role Matters
This is not a traditional business development position.
You won't be measured by cold calls or sales targets.
You'll be measured by the quality of the relationships you build, the confidence stakeholders have in EddenRose and the opportunities you create for participants to access the right supports at the right time.
You'll work alongside clinical, operational and leadership teams to strengthen referral pathways, increase awareness of EddenRose's services and contribute to sustainable organisational growth consistent with the principles of the NDIS.
What You'll Be Doing
Every week will look a little different, but your work may include:
- Building genuine relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation services and discharge planners.
- Developing trusted partnerships with Support Coordinators, Local Area Coordinators, Plan Managers and allied health professionals.
- Representing EddenRose at industry events, professional forums and community networking opportunities.
- Identifying opportunities to improve referral pathways and participant access to services.
- Supporting strategic growth initiatives aligned with Vision 2030.
- Working collaboratively with operational teams to ensure a positive participant onboarding experience.
- Maintaining stakeholder engagement records and reporting on relationship outcomes.
- Identifying emerging trends and opportunities across the disability and healthcare sectors.
What Success Looks Like
Success isn't measured by how many people you speak to.
It's measured by the confidence others have in recommending EddenRose.
In this role, success means:
- Stakeholders trust your professionalism.
- Participants are connected with services that genuinely meet their needs.
- Referral partners see EddenRose as responsive, ethical and reliable.
- Relationships become long-term partnerships.
- Growth is achieved without compromising participant choice or quality of care.
Who We're Looking For
We're interested in people who are naturally curious, relationship-focused and motivated by making a positive impact.
You'll likely bring experience in stakeholder engagement, partnerships, business development or account management within disability, healthcare, community services or a related sector.
Most importantly, you'll understand that sustainable growth is built through trust, professionalism and consistently delivering on commitments.
You communicate confidently, enjoy meeting people, think strategically and take pride in representing an organisation whose purpose extends beyond business success.
