Front Office Receptionist – Job Summary (Refined)
Quest Mackay on Gordon is seeking a Front Office Receptionist to join its enthusiastic team.
The role involves all aspects of front office operations, including providing friendly and personalised customer service, responding to accommodation enquiries, promoting the business to maximise accommodation sales, processing reservations, and assisting both corporate and leisure guests. You will also play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the reception desk.
The successful applicant will be able to work independently and demonstrate a strong passion for customer service, along with proven ability to promote and sell accommodation services and facilities. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills are essential, as is experience with front office booking systems and a high level of attention to detail.
The role requires availability to work evening shifts, weekends, public holidays, and on-call overnight stays.
