现场勘察专员（空调 & 太阳能）/ Site Inspector – Solar & Air Conditioning

本公司主营住宅太阳能及空调系统安装，现因业务发展，招聘一名现场勘察专员。该岗位需要上门到客户家中查看安装条件，并用中英文与客户及公司团队沟通。
岗位职责 / Key Responsibilities
- 上门到客户住宅勘察屋顶、配电箱、室内外机位置等，为太阳能和空调安装评估现场条件。
- Visit residential properties to assess roofs, switchboards and indoor/outdoor unit locations for solar and air conditioning installations.
- 现场测量尺寸、拍照、记录安装环境、进出通道、安全风险和可行性。
- Take measurements, photos and detailed notes about site conditions, access and safety risks.
- 用中英文向客户简单说明安装方案和施工流程，回答基础问题（非销售岗位）。
- Explain basic installation plans and processes to customers in both Mandarin and English (no selling required).
- 按公司要求撰写现场勘察报告，并在系统中更新相关信息供设计和安装团队使用。
- Prepare clear site inspection reports and update our job management system for the design and installation teams.
- 检查拟安装方案是否符合公司安全规范及相关标准的基本要求。
- Check that proposed installations meet basic safety and installation requirements in line with company procedures.
任职要求 / Requirements
- 有太阳能光伏或空调（HVAC）安装、现场勘察或相关现场工作经验者优先。
- Experience in solar PV and/or air conditioning (HVAC) installations or site inspections is highly regarded.
- 必须中英文沟通流利，能够与华人客户、英文客户以及中英文团队成员顺畅交流。
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English, able to communicate confidently with Chinese-speaking and English-speaking customers and team members.
- 对住宅太阳能板、逆变器及分体空调安装位置有基本理解，能识别常见屋顶和配电问题。
- Good practical understanding of how solar panels, inverters and split systems are typically installed on Australian homes.
- 做事细致，有责任心，能发现现场结构和安全隐患并及时反馈。
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify structural and safety issues on site.
- 有澳洲驾照，能接受在墨尔本及周边区域上下班跑现场。
- Valid Australian driver’s licence and willingness to travel across Melbourne and surrounding suburbs.
- 持有 White Card、Working at Heights 证书、电气或空调技工背景者优先考虑。
- White Card, Working at Heights tickets and electrical or HVAC trade background will be an advantage.
