You'll work as a team with Lead Educators, parents, and other professionals to implement and support personalised support strategies to remove barriers from participation. About the role:
- Passion for quality care and support of children’s growth and development
- Motivated to support your Room Leader to meet our quality principles of curriculum and documentation
- Work 1-on-1 supporting children with Inclusion Support alongside other Educators
- Proven experience in inclusion support and have assisted in setting up, facilitating, and cleaning down activities
- Collaborative team player, receptive to feedback and reflective on best practice
- Pride in the room being presented immaculately as a welcoming and safe environment
- Work set shifts, 5 Days a week. Option to work 5 hours a day or a full shift of 7.5 hours
