Creating and updating the menu, ensuring a balance of variety, quality and cost effectiveness.
Supervise and coordinate junior kitchen staffing preparing,,cooking ,garnishing and plating food for service.
Maintain Health and Safety standards by ensuring compliance with legal frameworks, including food safety and kitchen security.
Assist head chef with the daily running of the kitchen, managing inventory and preperation of food
Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,804.59 per year
