About the opportunity
Take the lead on high-impact transformation programs at Australia’s largest independent not-for-profit aged care provider. This is an opportunity to shape strategic change, influence senior stakeholders, lead experienced project teams, and deliver meaningful outcomes that improve services for older Australians.
Key activities
- Manage senior stakeholder relationships , including sponsors, steering committees, and executive leaders.
- Oversee program governance , ensuring projects are delivered in line with agreed standards, frameworks, budgets, and timelines.
- Drive strategic business outcomes by aligning programs with organisational objectives and delivering measurable benefits.
- Lead and support project leaders and teams , providing direction, oversight, coaching, and coordination across initiatives.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and change activities to ensure successful implementation and transition into business-as-usual operations
About you
An experienced Program Manager with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. You have a proven track record delivering complex transformation programs and can demonstrate the ability to influence executives while driving strategic business outcomes.

- Experience leading, mentoring, and supporting project managers and cross-functional teams.
- Skills and experience in managing program governance, dependencies, risks, and large-scale organisational change.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate, facilitate, and drive outcomes across diverse stakeholders
