The Role
This is a dynamic role that keeps you moving. You will split your time between safely delivering auto parts across the Brisbane metro area and assisting with day-to-day warehouse operations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Safe & Efficient Deliveries: Ensuring customer orders (from small electrical components to large panels and engines) are loaded correctly and delivered safely and on time.
- Customer Service: Acting as the face of our business when dropping off parts to local mechanical shops, smash repairers, and retail clients.
- Inventory & Despatch Support: Assisting the team with organizing parts, picking orders, loading delivery vehicles, and maintaining a clean, structured warehouse.
What We Are Looking For
- Licensing: A valid Australian Driver’s License is essential. Forklift (LF) License is highly preferred (or a willingness to obtain one).
- Core Values: You are inherently honest, reliable, and trustworthy—someone who takes accountability for their daily schedule.
- Organization & Efficiency: Excellent time-management skills. You know how to map out a smart delivery route and keep paperwork/invoices organized.
- Physical Fitness: The automotive recycling industry is hands-on. You must be comfortable lifting and handling automotive parts safely.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Basic mechanical knowledge or a general familiarity with car parts is an advantage, helping you ensure the right part gets to the right customer every time.
