About the role:
This role will be responsible for the accurate picking of orders, on-time dispatch and receiving goods whilst ensuring all warehouse operations are conducted in a safe and efficient manner. This role will also be required to work as directed and collaborate with other team members and Team Leader/Supervisor, to ensure the best possible customer service is delivered at the lowest cost to the business.
You will be required to:
- Pick & Pack orders ready for dispatch
- RF Scanning
- Meeting hourly / daily KPI’s
- General warehouse duties
- Replenishments, put-aways, loading & unloading trucks via forklift
- Following ALL on-site Safe Work Practices
- Attending start-up Toolbox talks
Requirements:
- LF Forklift Licence is an advantage
- High Reach experience but not necessary (will train if needed)
- Able to use RF Scanner
- Basic Warehouse experience (preferred but not essential)
- A current Driver’s Licence and own transportation
- Willingness to learn and develop existing skills
